Refund policy
Kurjaan Digital sells digital products that can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately after purchase, all digital product purchases are generally non-refundable once access or download has been provided, except where required by applicable law or where Kurjaan Digital determines that a refund is appropriate.
Before Download or Access
If you have purchased a product but have not received access or download information, contact us as soon as possible.
We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide access or another suitable resolution.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, contact us with your order details.
We may review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Technical Problems
If a purchased product has a genuine technical issue preventing reasonable use, contact us.
We may provide:
- Technical assistance
- An updated version
- A corrected file
- Alternative access
- Another reasonable solution
A technical issue does not automatically guarantee a refund.
Theme Compatibility
Refunds are generally not provided because a code section requires modification to work with:
- A particular Shopify theme
- A heavily customized theme
- A third-party app
- Custom JavaScript
- Custom CSS
- A specific Shopify configuration
Our products are intended to provide reusable development resources, but Shopify stores can differ substantially.

If you believe you have a legitimate refund issue, contact:

- Product purchased
- Email used for purchase
- Description of the issue
- Relevant screenshots where applicable

Chargebacks
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, please contact us so we can investigate the issue and attempt to resolve it.
Fraudulent or unauthorized use of our products may result in suspension of access.
